In reply to: [Post Snippets - Custom WordPress Code Snippets Customizer] LowercasingHi, this issue hasn’t been resolved. I have deactivated my premium version because saving any snippets while it’s activated rewrites each title to lowercase and ruins my snippets output. I’ll wait until this is fixed before I reactivate it.

In reply to: [Post Snippets - Custom WordPress Code Snippets Customizer] LowercasingHi, I can’t see where to login to submit a premium support ticket. And the latest version still converts all titles to lowercase on saving.

In reply to: [Post Snippets - Custom WordPress Code Snippets Customizer] LowercasingHi. I can confirm there aren’t any duplicate titles for snippets and I can confirm I just updated to the latest version and the issue still exists.

In reply to: [Post Snippets - Custom WordPress Code Snippets Customizer] LowercasingI have the latest version (Premium Version 3.0.19) installed and when I try to save titles with title case (after they’ve been changed by the plugin to lower case) I get this error: “Duplicate title is not allowed. Please use different title for each snippets.”

In reply to: [Post Snippets - Custom WordPress Code Snippets Customizer] LowercasingSame issue for me with the premium version. A fix would be great.
Thanks for responding again. Yes, clicking the tick after editing titles was what I was doing. Doing that is what made the plugin crash and wipe all my snippets.
I’ve disabled the latest version of the plugin and reverted back to an old version, as I’ve restored my site from back up and don’t want it all to be wiped again. So, at risk of losing all of my snippets again, I don’t want to re-activate the latest plugin until the bugs are fixed.
The bug is simply that you can’t re-order snippets or save their titles. They just revert back to all being titled “untitled” and lose their order, all going down to the bottom of the list.
Repeatedly trying to save them crashes the plugin and wipes all snippet content.
I have the same problem, where an error popped up whenever I tried to edit snippet titles. Then the page reloaded and I lost all of my snippets!! How can I get them back? I can’t even see where they live in the database.
