I don’t have that plugin…but thanks anyways!

I am having the most difficult time with this…Trying to diagnose on my browser but, how do I open my wp-config.php? Where do I even begin to look for this? I am so confused. I am not a computer expert, I usually just muddle my way through things but I cannot seem to figure this out for the life of me.

If I change to one of the other themes will I be able to switch back to my own eventually with little to no issues? If my theme is the culprit then I can have the creator fix it. I just want to be assured that I won’t lose anything since I’ve never done this before.

When I deactivate all the plugins I can type in the visual editor, but not like it used to be because my plugins simplified the process of editing.

I have a custom theme. I am scared to try another theme because I don’t want to lose anything when I go back to my customized theme. I’m not a computer expert and I don’t want to do anything that I can’t undo and fix myself.
