Yeah this still hasnt fixed it. Even with everything turned off. It also doesnt send an email with the issue however I can see it in debug only.

Just updating as we found the problem. It turns out that the the following error was been produced [http2:info] [pid 18086:tid 47965374875392]: Request pseudo header exceeds LimitRequestFieldSize: :path”

We were able to see that the LimitRequestFieldSize limits were getting reached which was causing the error so have simply increased this limit & seems to be working fine now.

Hi,
I have disabled all plugins apart from woocommerce & now getting this error screenshare video.This also happens when trying to delete users! This is very odd as the website it gets redirected to (the 404) is actually a different domain on another cPanel account. I have checked the DB and there’s no reference to the other URL & I also can’t see any logs relating to this in woocommerce.

I’ve cloned the original site so I can test things off the live site so if you need any login details do let me know.

I’ve also done the following and its still the same
1. Switch your theme to Storefront.
2. Disable all plugins except WooCommerce.
3. Try to update product prices.

Hi Mirko,
We have a staging site & I have a testing development site however I’m unable to replicate getting the error in the logs with the same plugin and themes enabled. Without getting the error, I cant really disable plugins & themes to see if it has worked. It’s also not feasible to do it on the live site due to the amount of traffic it receives.

Do you happen to know when a plugin would call WC_Order_Item_Coupon so I can try and get it to form an error or how I would check for plugins that calls WC_Order_Item_Coupon

Hi,
Disabling the WooCommerce Coupon Generator plugin didnt work and the plugin dev has replied saying their plugin doesn’t call the WC_Order_Item_Coupon class at all. The thread you linked is the one I read yes ??

We currently have 2 staging sites with the same plugins and themes activated & I’m not seeing any errors on the two sites in regards to The WC_Order_Item_Coupon::offsetGet function is deprecated since version 4.4.0.

The plugin wasn’t conflicting with your better docs plugin, It was conflicting with the actual permalink settings and wouldn’t let you log back in to the wordpress site

Sorry I’ve been extremely busy. The issue has been resolved through the website support ticket.
Resolution
– Changed the permalink structure
– Removed the conflicting plugin that was messing with the link structure
– Cleared Cache
– Flushed DNS on the computer

Hi Laszlo,
I purged the cache on rocketbunny CDN too. I’ve also noticed that when I go to edit the slider it’s completely blank, I cant add a new slider or anything. I’ve uninstalled the plugin then reinstalled and it is still the same (don’t know if that relates to the issue)

Thank you for the fast reply, My theme dev won’t update the file as the support has expired. What would I need to remove from the file please as I might be able to do it by myself.
