I′m trying to find a way to show in the latest news of the home just a selected group of posts.

I thought I could do this marking the “Sticky” check for these posts. However, it seems this doesn′t work as other post without the sticky box marked appear in this section.

What are your thoughts? Thanks in advance.

I would like to show in the latest news section of the home just a selected group of post.

I though I could do this by selecting these posts with “sticky” so that they appear always at the beginning, no matter if there are posts with a newer date, and limiting the number of sticky post to the number of selected posts.

However, it seems this sticky functionality doesn′t work because if I have a post with a newer date, this newer post appears in the latest news section.

You can see it at https://www.addingvalue.es. I want to show in the latest news section of the home my projects.

Alternatively, I wanted to know if I could show in this latest news section only a specific category of posts.

Thanks, I just want the header image in the home but not in the rest of pages or posts.

I guess this CSS snippet corrects the sticky header feature.

Does this CSS snippet need to be located in a particular place?
