We checked by creating a new user in multisite and we didn’t get any errors that you have mentioned above.

Also, you need to give admin access to the users so that they can access Mail Bank menus.

Unfortunately, there is no such option at the moment.

If you choose Don’t Override for From Email Address in the Setup Wizard menu then it will use the Admin Email as From Email.

You have to go to Roles & Capabilities menu under Mail Bank Dashboard.

You need to disable the option “Show Mail Bank Top Bar Menu”

This will disable the top menu for all the users.

There is no such option to remove Mail Bank menu from the left-side of WordPress.

If the plugin is currently installed on your site then you would need to go to General Settings menu of the plugin and then choose “Enable” option for “Remove Database at Uninstall” and click on “Save Changes” button.

After that deactivate and delete the plugin. This will delete all the existing data of plugin from your site.

If you have already deleted the plugin from your site then you need to delete the plugin’s tables from the database directly.

You need to delete the following tables:

mail_bank, mail_bank_licensing, mail_bank_logs, mail_bank_meta
