In the screen shots you sent, I see that you received error code 500, a server error. I was not able to replicate the issue (see my test parameters below). However…

That error could be a conflict with another WordPress plugin, or your WordPress theme. You can try deactivating your other plugins and switching to a default WordPress theme to see if one of them may be conflicting with our plugin.

* WordPress 4.7.2
* Content.ad Plugin 1.2.11
* Chrome 56.0.2924.87 for Android
* Android 7.1.1 Nougat**

**I didn’t know which Android version you are using based on your screen shots, so I tested on the latest version.

I located your site URL on your WordPress profile (https://filmcutting.com/). After reviewing your previous customer support ticket, I confirmed that you are no longer running our Content.ad widget on your site. If you are able, would you please post the widget to a test page so we can take a look?

Given the information you provided, it sounds like there was an error with the Google Analytics tag that we use to sample widget clicks. This tag runs on a very tiny percentage of our ad impressions, and should not load every time. The error your reported is inconsistent with our previous tests using the GA tag, so it is possible that the issue is unique to your site.

If you are concerned about load time as you stated in your previous support ticket, you can further separate our asynchronous ad load time from the page load time using the lazyLoad parameter. This method is not currently supported by our WordPress plugin, but you can manually add the lazyLoad parameter to your installation code.

It looks like everything is installed correctly. Your domain has been submitted for approval to run ads. Domains are reviewed manually within two business days. As soon as your domain is approved ads will display on your site!

You should be able to activate a widget by clicking on the gray Paused button on the right, which will change it to a green Active button OR by hovering over the widget name and clicking the Activate This Widget link. If neither of these is working for you could you give us some more information? Which operating system and browser are you using? Are you using version 1.2.0 of the Content.ad WP plugin? You might try it on a different browser and see if it works there. Either way we’d like to know so we can fix the problem you’re seeing. It’s also possible that there’s a conflict with another plugin on your site, or even the theme.
