In reply to: [Content.ad] Content.ad not compatible with embedded videosThank you for reporting this issue. Although no changes to the plugin have been made, we have had several reports of plugin conflicts with the new WordPress 4.4 video embed methods over the New Year’s 2016 holiday weekend. We will push out an update to our Content.ad plugin as soon as we are able to resolve the issue.

In reply to: [Content.ad] updated version make a fatal error on the websvercer,
There was a known issue with Content.ad plugin version 1.1.9 installed during a 1 hour period yesterday (11/24/2015) that results in an error code 500. The issue has since been resolved, and the patched version of 1.1.9 no longer causes this issue. If you are getting a code 500 error, please FTP into your site, delete the plugin files located at wp-content/plugins/contentad. Then return to your WordPress admin and re-install the plugin.

In reply to: [Content.ad] The plugin is on the list of plugins that need to be updatedHi Nick,
Thanks for sending us this information. We have planned a release to address the deprecated function, but the release date hasn’t been scheduled yet. In the meantime, other than the WordPress notice in the admin, we believe the plugin will continue to function normally in version 4.3.
If you run into any issues or would prefer not to use the plugin until the update, you can uninstall the plugin and use our JavaScript installation method instead. You can find JavaScript installation code in your Content.ad account at https://content.ad.

In reply to: [Content.ad] Conflict between Account and domainAndy,
Sorry for the delay in getting back to you.
Did you activate the widget after installing it? If so, you should see a green check mark instead of a red X to the right of the widget on the plugin page.
If that doesn’t help, can you tell us how you tried to add the widget to your site (below the post, in a WP widget, etc.)?
Thanks!
