Maybe I am misunderstanding the issue you are experiencing. Can you record a screencast/video and share a link to it so volunteers on this forum can get more insight?

try this to help narrow down the source of the issue (theme, plugin etc)…..install the Health Check plugin and use in troubleshooting mode to deactivate all plugins and use a default theme. reactivate plugins and theme 1-by-1 to find the source of the issue. (maybe there is something hard-coded into the theme?, maybe there are multiple versions of header or a conditional statment controlling display?)

another way to deactivate a plugin is to rename the folder for the specific plugin. you will need to get to the WP-Content folder in your webhosting area. if you are not sure how to find the folders, please contact your webhosting account’s support team.
