It happens with all the plugins and themes when I have one plugin enabled: WP Simple Paypal Shopping cart.

Yes, the site showed errors related to loopback checks: he loopback request to your site failed, this may prevent WP_Cron from working, along with theme and plugin editors.
Error encountered: (0) cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10002 milliseconds with 0 bytes received.

I run another test: test individual plugins. I only got this error with the same plugin: WP Simple Paypal Shopping cart.

What would you advise me?

Sorry for the late answer and thank you for your help.

I tested the default theme Twenty Seventeen without enabling any plugin and the checkout table looked fine.

Is it like that how you wanted me to carry out the test? What should I do next now?

I contacted my host and they added a the following to my wp-config.php file: define(‘ALLOW_UNFILTERED_UPLOADS’, true);

Now, it is working well again.

They said that it was very highly something in my website updated and that affected the ability to upload files.

How can I find out which plugin is crashing constantly?

I did not set any width for the testimonials that I have now in my website, because I couldn’t get it to work. However, I tried to set it up at the shortcode generator of the plugin, where it says width. I set up different numbers, but the width did not seem to change.
