I’m pretty clueless to all of this stuff.

I am using Child theme configurator, and am using the Kale child theme.

My impression was that having an H1 tag that includes the desired keyword would help in SEO. In this case I don’t actually want to change the visual appearance of my home page, but not sure what options remain in that case regarding the use of an H1 tag.

Is there a way to make the “COOKING WITH CARBS” wording across the main banner an H1 tag? Thank you!
