3 weeks to have this answer…

    “Dear Valued Visitor

Thank You for your interest in the G Web Pro Store Locator and we hope it’s meeting your business needs.

Due to the overwhelming amount of inquiries and support queries we get on a daily basis, we had to change our policies and now offer a support program:

    Support Plan:
We can provide priority email and tech support for any inquiries or questions when faced with any difficulties with our plugin. Cost is $50 for the first month. Any subsequent support after the 1st month will be billed at $20/month. You can start and cancel at anytime. Included in the fee will be troubleshooting and answering direct questions for the plugin, with email response time in a maximum of 48 hours.

With our new policy in place we can ensure clients who opt for our plan to receive prompt and customized support.

Let us know if you have any questions.

    Best Regards

    Tech Support Team”

I’ve sent you an email ^^
In this example i try to find a retailer named “Tourneau”.
I write his name on the WP search toolbar https://oi59.tinypic.com/2qvtwt4.jpg

And the WP search tool find nothing. https://oi61.tinypic.com/535xza.jpg.

Post_type=store seems to be not understood by WP search tool.
