@adegans Yeah, my issue was probably because I tried upgrading originally to 5.8 and screwed something up in the database. So the incremental trick wasn’t working anymore. It’s all good. I’ll just start fresh and get the latest pro version on here. It’s not too much work. Thanks!
You can ignore this. I just deleted the database tables and am starting fresh. That seems to have taken care of it.
I’m actually having this exact same issue. I’ve been using this plugin for years. I had a really old version of the pro plugin that wasn’t updating. I got all kinds of errors upgrading straight to the latest pro version. So I installed the free version and slowly ran through each upgrade so that the database could upgrade like it would had it been upgrading normally.
Now I have the latest free plugin that won’t save a proper date schedule. If I enable the latest pro plugin, all my ads disappear on my website, even after setting up the new widgets. It acts like everything has a configuration error even though nothing is apparent on my end. I’m guessing my only option now is paying you to get in here and see what’s going one? I checked my logs and I don’t see any errors ad rotate related.
@slicedinvoices, an even worse bug is that the payment that’s getting processed on PayPal’s end isn’t including tax or shipping either. It looks like the total is right when you’re paying, but the amount PalPal actually charges is just the subtotal. I’ve had to shut the site down until this gets resolved. Do you have an ETA for the bug fix?
Yeah, I’m up to date. I’m also using your Better URLs and PDF Email plugins. However, I’m pretty sure I had this issue when just using the stand alone plugin.
Awesome. It’s strange that the permalinks got disabled. Not sure how that happened, but thanks for finding it!
I have this issue even with all plugins disabled running the default WordPress theme, and I don’t have any caching plugins currently installed. So, it appears to be conflict with the latest WordPress and this plugin for me. I have a bug report in with a temp user and password. I’m hoping to hear from that soon. It isn’t possible that I have a PHP setting somewhere that could be causing this is there?
I just wanted to note that I’m having this issue as well. I did all the recommended steps. Disabled all plugins, went back to default theme, cleared cache, and still had the same bug. The beta plugin also didn’t resolve the issue. I submitted a bug report with a temp login. Any help is appreciated.
I’m having this exact same issue. I do not have jetpack installed, and the 1.9.11beta version didn’t solve the issue. Does anyone have any other ideas of something I can try here? It’s kind of critical that I get this working again soon.
