Unfortunately it is not possible to modify its width. It is an old theme with few customization possibilities, sorry.

Someone fixed it by turning off jetpack, others needed to clear the cache.

This is a customization question, which is not part of the free theme support. Please purchase the pro version for coding support. It can be solved with CSS coding.

If you don’t like it e.g. on devices below 1024px, insert this CSS code and decrease the font-size in the customizer/Additional CSS section:

@media (max-width: 1024px) {
h1.site-title, h3.site-title {font-size: 38px; }
}

One thing is sure: it is not a theme issue. What did your hosting provider say?

Create a menu in the Appearance/Menus, and add your menu items, and set it as primary menu and save the menu! If it is still wrong, ask your hosting provider why your IP address appears!

It’s not a theme issue, probably my 1st answer is the solution.

Maybe your Home menu item is a Custom link that points to the IP address? Then modify it in the Appearance/Menus!
