In reply to: Tab shortcode with custom fieldsThanks but there’s still something wrong.
The page loads but it’s still not loading in tabs and it’s printing all of the [tab name=””] and [/tabs].
Should there not be some php around them or something so it doesn’t just print them on the page?

In reply to: Tab shortcode with custom fieldsThanks for that however, it’s not working and i’m not familiar with the syntax of output buffering. When using output buffering do you not need do_shortcode?
It’s just displaying the page but putting ob_start() and [tab name] and things in the actual page content.
Is it missing anything from the code?

In reply to: Tab shortcode with custom fieldsThe reason for that is to encapsulate the fields in the shortcode. Notice the [/tab].
I’ve tried this, it loads the page but does use tabs like i’m trying to get the shortcodes to do.

In reply to: Tab shortcode with custom fieldsThat’s because the line below is supposed to be part of the same tab.
Does it have to be on the same line?

In reply to: [Support Tickets Center] [Plugin: Support Tickets Center] How to install? Thanks, i’ve just tested this and the problem with previous user logged in is still there.
When a previous user logs out and a new user logs in it displays the previous users tickets, name and email.

In reply to: [Support Tickets Center] [Plugin: Support Tickets Center] How to install?Ok cool.
The main issue i’m having at the moment is with the footer. It’s hiding all of my content.
Instead of my page content i’m getting a message saying ‘WordPress and osTicket integration by Zingiri’. I’ve posted a picture to show it.

Also another big issue is with the user data. If there is a ticket open by one user, any other user that goes to open a ticket, the name and email will be pre filled wrongly. It will be filled with the person that has an open ticket.
For example, if user1 opens a ticket and then user2 goes to open a ticket. User2’s name and email will be filled with user1’s name and email.

In reply to: [Support Tickets Center] [Plugin: Support Tickets Center] How to install? Also for some reason when i go to create a new ticket the user data is wrong.
I’ve made and closed a few tickets using one account. Then when i use another account (different name, email) and go to create a new ticket it’s using the name and email address from the first account.
This is the same for all of my accounts apart from the admin account.

In reply to: [Support Tickets Center] [Plugin: Support Tickets Center] How to install? The only role which gets added to staff is the Editor, everybody else doesn’t get added to it, which i think is right. I have to test it a bit more though.
I’ve just updated to the newest version and there’s two problems.
1) Since you’ve moved the footer to the bottom of the page instead of the bottom of the site it’s hiding all of my content. All of my content it still in the pages but all you can see is the plugins footer.
2) I’m now getting two message that say.
You are running PHP version 5.2.17. We recommend you ugprade to PHP version 5 or higher. You downloaded version 1.2.4 and need to upgrade your database (currently at version 1.2.3).

In reply to: [Support Tickets Center] [Plugin: Support Tickets Center] How to install?Yes that makes sense.
However the only person on there is the admin, nobody else. That’s why i’m confused how to add others to there as well.

In reply to: [Support Tickets Center] [Plugin: Support Tickets Center] How to install? Thanks, the ticket part works. A normal user can submit a ticket and the admin can reply.
The problem i’m having is the wordpress user integration. In the plugin description it says wordpress users are automatically created as ostickets users.
I want to have the admin to have all access to everything, and other users access to the staff panel only.
I wasn’t able to find anything on ostickets because it’s specific to this plugin not ostickets.

In reply to: [Support Tickets Center] [Plugin: Support Tickets Center] How to install?Excellent!
I was surprised that it worked then i realised it’s been updated today. The issue i was having in the image seems to have gone now.
I’m still confused on how the staff thing works.
How do i get it so i can set certain users, or roles to only have access to the staff panel so they can respond to tickets, but keeping all of the settings for the admin?

In reply to: [Support Tickets Center] [Plugin: Support Tickets Center] How to install?I’ve attached an image to show what i mean. When i select a page from the left and click add this comes up. So i can’t edit the menu, when i try and login it just takes me to a page that doesn’t exist.

Ok, it also does it when setting a featured image.
This plugin was actually looking promising but to be honest at the moment it’s not usable.

In reply to: [Support Tickets Center] [Plugin: Support Tickets Center] How to install? Thanks but I worked that out.
Do you know why it’s asking me to login when i try adding it to the menu? I can’t add anything to the menu, it just comes up with a login in the actually menu page and if i try and login it just directs me to a page that doesn’t exist.
I’m also confused how the users work. I noticed you can add staff to the plugin but don’t know what to do after that. It just seems to create a user and that’s it.
This isn’t the simplest of plugins to try and work out. It doesn’t help with the lack of some sort of user guide for it.
