Yes, that’s the plugin that led me to find the errors.
I’ve actually removed CleanTalk completely and installed a different anti-spam plugin. Everything seems to be working fine now so sending you the URL isn’t going to help anymore.
Regardless, figured you should see this.
FYI – this happened on a LiteSpeed server. I see you’ve had a number of other problems with LiteSpeed. May be a connection.

Quick update to this. I realized I was looking at it in Brave browser so had a look in Chrome and the layout was fine.

You replied to the support request above, with one of the same errors as mine, to deactivate and reactivate the plugin. Having done this the problems are solved.

***UPDATE*** I cleared the CleanTalk settings in the DB and was able to get it installed and functional. I left the ‘Disable Page Comments’ unticked to avoid a repeat crash.
