So, we moved to Amazon S3 and instantly all worked.

Ninja Forms support through this was tuff with always starting over, but when I sent the review above to their director of happiness, he got on track and stuck with us to figure out the issues. We still give them 5 stars, but don’t recommend using them with Godaddy or Godaddy wordpress hosting. Generally we are godaddy wordpress hosting fans as it keeps clients from doing anything “problematic” through the dashboard, but we like NinjaForms more than Godaddy wordpress hosting…so Amazon S3 with Ninja works great.

I know your post is 9 months old, but I’ve had the same issue and just found the pagemash plugin. Install and then logout/login…it works great and simplifies page management tremendously. Its so easy to work with. Good luck.
