We are not able to replicate this on a fresh install. The social icons are displaying correctly when we test.

Can you try disabling the plugin and then enabling it again or even try removing and installing a fresh copy of the plugin to see if that helps. If you still have issues could you share a link to your site, please?

I have tested the Genesis Simple Sidebars and SPI Pro and I am not able to replicate the issue you are having. I am able to select any of the sidebars I have created and they are displaying correctly.

Have you checked for a plugin conflict? I would disable all plugins except for Genesis Simple Sidebars then clear all caching and test. IF the plugin is working correctly you can start enabling the other plugins and test as you go. If you have any scripts added you will want to remove those and test also.

Looks like the theme may have duplicated this for the mobile menu, which is hidden on desktop, but still shows in the source code.

You could try replacing this plugin with the plugin you are using in the sidebar, which doesn’t use IDs.

I am sorry we missed your question. We have not been able to replicate this on our test sites. There may be a plugin conflict causing the icons not to display correctly on your site. I do see that you switched social icons and do have them working which is great.
