Could you perhaps post how you got it working? I’m really frustrated with this issue and would like to resolve it quickly.

Oddly even if you remove this widget in the 2.7 beta 3 the box is still showing in the dashboard, it’s just blank.

Actually I wrote the cdc clean archive plugin. The new version fixes the jumpiness. I’ve been holding off releasing it until I can try and find a fix or hack to get rid of the problem that IE7’s beta introduced.
Give me about 4 days and the new version will be available.

To do it the fun way you could always just use css to do it ala the CSS zen garden’s entry on 2 different styles with one stylesheet. A perfect example of this technique is:

To see it in action. Screenshots of what it does aren’t exactly the most useful pics since the plugin gives an “accordion” effect. Moo.fx is a very tiny scriptaculous style ajax library. Very handy. In short if you look at my archives page moodash does almost exactly the same thing but for the admin dashboard.
