Fiz esse processo que refiriu e exibiu encomenda “Em Processamento” durante a simula??o.
As encomendas est?o aparece canceladas, o cliente à pouco fez uma encomenda e aparecia “Pagamento Pendente” e depois passou para “Cancelada” ( Acabei de verificar ).
Quando um cliente faz um pagamento pelo Mbway, a empresa recebe a notifica??o da IfthenPay.

I have an API Key in Mailchimp WordPress, and I’ve noticed it’s linked to the Mailchimp platform externally. The issue is that even though I’ve added an email to subscribe, it simply doesn’t update the database. Moreover, on the external Mailchimp platform, there isn’t a created KEY.

Sorry for the delay about this issue. I’m reopening the case, because the situation is a little strange.
I have already cleared the cache, but unfortunately, the problem persists.
I have also tried to switch to Storefront theme, only to encounter the same issue.Could you please guide me on which checkout settings I should review? This error appeared during updates to WordPress, Theme and WooCommerce. This is the first time we’ve encountered something like this.
I have communicated with WooCommerce support, but they haven’t been able to replicate the problem. I’ve tested with different postal codes, and the error has appeared at least once.
I’m hoping to receive some suggestions to tackle this perplexing issue.

Some time has passed since I submitted my report. I’ve received feedback from a few clients who are unable to make purchases due to an issue with the postal code.

Tenho sim, eu atulizei esses módulos. O problema aqui pode ser alguma incompatibilidade entre plugins, possivelmente. Vou tentar atualizar os módulos todos. Já tinha atualizado o woocommerce a pensar que podia ser isso. Mas o BackWPup sempre teve atualizado.
Darei novidades brevemente.
Obrigado.Nós recebemos um pagamento por parte do cliente ao usar o MBWAY, temos essa nota de encomenda. E no Backoffice do WooCommerce diz que está como cancelada.
O que eu estou a falar é de outra situa??o: Quando finalizamos uma encomenda no Checkout do WooCommerce e escolhemos o método de pagamento MB, recebo a encomenda realizada por E-mail e o nosso cliente também recebe essa encomenda.
Quando escolhemos o metodo de MBWAY, essa encomenda n?o aparece no E-mail.
Estou a referir-me ao WooCommerce e n?o há nota de pagamento do MBWAY. Qualquer das formas, n?o entendo o estado como cancelado. Quando temos um E-mail da nota de encomenda do MBWAY como pago.
Já atualizamos o módulo do IFTHENPAY e o Woocommerce Plugin, este problema persiste.
O único erro que tenho é este no error_log:
