We updated the PHP memory limit configurations and no change. The elements menu never finishes loading for us to be able to update our pages.

I can copy the System Info, but would prefer not to post it here. Where can I send it?

Now I’m also getting a popup –

I did find some errors in the installer-log.txt file:
DATA-REPLACE ERRORS (Key):

Row [166] on Table [wp_liber8wfconfig] requires a manual update.
Row [1] on Table [wp_liber8wfnotifications] requires a manual update.

Could these be the source of the problem?

Unfortunately, no. The database seems to be fine. Compatibility should be good – host server runs 5.6.34 and the package server shows 5.5.49.

I believe it’s a problem on step 4 when Duplicator sets up WordPress with the theme, plugins, etc and connects to the database.

It seems to be in here –

Still having trouble. Tried the older version (1.1.24). No luck. Tried submitting a ticket and got a 403 error. Help!

I have tried both rerunning the package build and checking previous packages. All now have the same error.

I’m wondering if the problem might be because of some recent updates – Duplicator 1.1.26 to 1.1.34, Wordfence 6.2.9 to 6.3.4 and WordPress to 4.7.3.

If that’s not the problem, can you tell me where to send the package files for you to check?
