In the W3 Total Cache CDN settings, I told it to “reject” the image rotator file. Remember, the one you needed to setup when you installed NextGen. It’s typically found here: /wp-content/uploads/imagerotator.swf

In reply to: [Plugin: Google Doc Embedder] Google asking for username / passwordI 99% sure this is caused by Google Toolbar. I just installed the toolbar in Firefox and just noticed this problem. As I opened the same page in IE8 without the Google toolbar installed and it appears to be fine.
