Hello, the fact of the issue is that the issue only exists with the theme that the client is using. We pointed this out and attempted to address the issue, but the site stopped responding. Our plugin works with all themes as it does not interfere with styling etc. The only themes we have ever found issues with are themes that have existing issues.
We always provide all the support possible and we never refuse support, even when the issue is with another plugin or theme.

I disagree with you as the review is about the Lite version (see listing) and yet the content of the review is about the pro version.

We are still willing and more than happy to continue providing support to any customer. However, we will naturally not issue a refund because the issue is with the theme.

Sir, the issue was proven to be your theme. When deactivated, it worked perfectly.
We offered to provide you with full support. The only theme in the entire world that has any issues is the one you use. Clearly this is due to an issue. Your blog was down because it failed to respond while we were working on it. What else can we do? We did everything that we possibly could do and spent many hours working on the issue, but clearly there was a problem with your theme.
Please remove this rating as your review is about our pro version and the issue your theme had, not about our lite version which you have reviewed.

Sorry to disagree, but it doesnt. It is simply not present. I had to create one to do this.
If you have an older install, then upgrade, the offline payment option would be present as the file would still be there from the old install. If you make a new install, the file is not present in the plugin and as such it would not be present in the website. I assume this is the issue as I know the file is available in older versions, but not in the current version.
If you check the latest version, you will see that the offline gateway is missing. If you make a clean install with the latest version, you will see that it doesnt show under payments as an available gateway.

I now have a secondary issue with receipts not being sent to user or admin. This issue seems to have been ongoing since early 2012 with no official replies from the devs that I can see.

It looks like the error is coming from the remote smtp server, which will be with hotmail or outlook. You should check with them as to why this is happening and what the error could mean.

Fixed rate shipping? I’m not sure what you mean. This is about having a manual or offline payment option which the plugin claims to include, but it does not. I am not sure what your reply is supposed to mean.

We always have problems when using it. Normally we are using it on brand new installs as we import the theme dummy content to get an idea how it works. The most common ticket in support relates to the issues described by many others with media being incorrectly imported.
I checked our error logs and there was nothing logged. I enabled debug mode and ran it on a clean site, no errors.
It could be that we are using the latest stable version of everything within the server which puts us in a rare 0.02% of servers.
Then again, I have seen it also fail on clients sites where they were using older versions of items within the server.

Then again, some of the features do work. For example, if you export everything, it usually works, but if you only export posts or pages it will fail.

I can not understand why WordPress would claim it works with version 3.6 when clearly it does not and did not work with 3.5 either. I believe 3.4 and maybe some earlier versions also had issues with this plugin.
Why would they claim it works when so many people are opening tickets to state that it does not work?
