@joyously Thanks for the idea. I duplicated this staging site from our live site and then changed the theme of the staging site and the problem is on both. The live site theme is very old and obsolete which is why I’m changing it. I’m using Ocean WP for the new theme.

@photocrati Was this issue ever resolved? I am having the same problem now. The form works perfectly except it doesnt display a success or failure message once it is submitted. It’s strange that 2 of my contact forms are having this problem but one is working fine.

I even tried uploading the sample .csv and that says the same thing. My computer is set for the : separator.
