Thanks for the response. My first few attempts using Yahoo Pipes have not been successful. I create the Pipe, see the correct feed, but the plugin renders “No such pipe, or this pipe has been deleted.” I’ll keep at it, though.

I’ll mention that my rss feed generates in the order I’d like to display (ascending date order).

I had the same problem and it was resolved by adding custom=1' to the code. Is that in the documentation somewhere?

I found that the templates are located at wp-content/plugins/nextgen-gallery/view and need to be moved to wp-content/themes/YOUR-THEME/nggallery (a directory you create). When the templates are moved, then calling them via the tags works.

It’d be super helpful if this were described more clearly on https://nextgen-gallery.com/templates/. Now that I re-read, the info is there. It just doesn’t come across clearly to the newbie.

I have a similar problem. When I add template=caption to display my images’ captions, all my thumbnails disappear. I’m not clear on how an actually caption.php may or may not have to be added, nor what it should contain, so that may be my issue. Could you point me to the documentation that explains what the content of template file should be to create the effects shown in the templates docs, linked above? Thanks!
