Hi, yes both are up to date. I’ve spent many attempts trying to do it now and nothing happens when you click on the button aside from going darker green. Is the process wrong perhaps? I have published a couple of lists and then attempted to try and add the shortcode into the relevant pages. Thanks

I installed the classic editor plugin and that hasn’t worked so I installed the remove Gutenberg and that still hasn’t worked.

I am having the same issue but it’s not just Facebook, it’s all social media shares. I’ve tried to sort it out to no avail. It’s so frustrating!

Despite attempts to try and sort this myself, I am still finding no solution to this since updates this week. Until I can get this sorted, I am unable to publish any new articles on my website.

Hi!

Apparently, my licence key has expired even though I paid a renewal via Paypal in March. This means that I’m unable to access any files.

I also received a fatal error message that locked me out of my website. I had to contact the company that looks after my site to get the files deleted.

I’m hesitant to install any further updates until I know the issues have been solved. I run a magazine, which affects people being able to access articles.
