OK, we bought the premium and the links are working now and everything is good.Thanks.
But I have a different issue now:
When I upload the PDF to WordPress, some of the images do not appear on the PDF-website.

All of the boxes in the PDF file have images in them, some of the images show but most of them don’t.
How can I solve this issue?

Thank you for your response, however, these emails are already in the Subscriber list. But they are bad emails. They have bounced back.
So I have two questions:
1-I would like to take these bad emails (which are already in the subscriber list) out from the subscriber list. I would like to do that in bulk, instead of going one by one.
So importing back them and selecting them from the list will not help me, I think.
2-For the future, can I automatically delete bounced emails directly from the list. If yes, how can I set it up?

I am having the same problem.
Mail(2) is set it up the way supposed to send only to the subscriber as an autoresponder.
It sends to the subscriber as an autoresponder but also sends a copy of the mail to info@…..com email which is not in “to” or “additional header” section.
The strange part is it gets delivered as “read” already.
it seems like there are global settings somewhere.
PS. I have read the ‘Setting Up Mail’ and couldn’t find anything regarding this issue.

Alias email issue. I am using Gmail suites and had the same problem.
In the setting of my email account, I changed to “send mail as” setting to nothing, used to have alias email. No more Alias and that solved the issue.

I found out it was a conflict with “File Gallery” plugin. I updated the plugin and problem solved.
