No, it does not fix the issue. As long as LastPass is active, the widget page locks up. If I open a different browser without LastPass it works fine.
All my sites are on PHP 7.2 and the latest version of WP.
This is CRAZY and has been going on WAY TOO LONG.

It appears MANY people are or have had the issue with the form either not sending an email OR sending an email but not showing a success message and visitors keep hitting the send button.
I am not running any of the plugins people have listed as a conflict. This just started after upgrading to WP 4.8.1
I have tried deactivating all plugins but nothing fixes it. I do not us additional settings either.

Well, I’m not sure this is working. The original link I gave you was a WP page, not a GD page so I was able to add the blox lite banner to the page.
But on these pages I cannot. Yes, they are GeoDirectory Search pages. But I didn’t really understand your CSS because I don’t see how to find the page ID for these pages. Here are the links I need the banners on:
