The website is verified through Facebook Business Manager but I am not not sure how to allow your app to be allowed to post…can you help?

Thanks so much! I went back and reread your comment about working with media and consequently deactivated the media setting.

Everything is now working fine and I can see all the images.

what I didn’t mention, but should have is that the site was fully working and all images viewable until I upgraded the polylang plugin from 2.6.7 to 2.6.8.

After that the site wouldn’t display any images.

Finally got some responses…

Day 2 still no response….

@mackenziezoller – To be honest I gave up. I tested a bunch of plugins over the course of a few days and they were all deficient in one way or another for what I wanted.
I implemented the Agenta theme instead, which I have used before and is almost close to as good as it gets. The reason I was looking for a plugin is that I use Beaver Builder and wanted a plugin that played nicely with it. Agenta and BB are not a good match.

Once again thanks. I’ve had my client test with a number of browsers and this issue does seem to be a browser problem with Firefox.
I think we will quietly let this one drop…..

Oooops, forget the above……the issue is happening with Nextgen.

My client is running Windows 10 and Firefox 43.0.4
If she runs with Microsoft Edge, the blue line flashes then disappears.

After conversing with my client it now appears that the issue is happening in a slider and not in the NextGen Gallery!

Thanks lorro, the Woocommerce Color or Image Variation Swatches is out of date and although I have downloaded the latest version, I am not being given the option to update the plugin.
On my wooocmmerce/settings/products/display menu there is no option to enter a purchase code which is required for updates to take place.
I have raised a support issue with Phppoet.

The simple resolution to this problem is to use Social Media Auto Publish by xyzscripts.com. It actually works and doesn’t need any convoluted authorization.
