Hi, thanks for the help! I needed a quick fix for a client so I had to go ahead with another plugin. However, to answer the questions, the site is hosted on GoDaddy’s managed WordPress and uses their CDN. Framework is Elementor; using security plugin Limit Login Attempts Reloaded; everything is up to date; PHP 7.4.

In reply to: [Wordpress Flash Countdown] No numbers appearingWell, after remembering a strange resolution to a previous widget issue, I disabled and then re-enabled “accessibility mode” on the widgets page – seems to be working now.

In reply to: [WP eCommerce] After updating plugins all products disappeared!!!It could be a plugin conflict – I see some are having problems with the Simple Facebook Connect plugin; for me it was NextGEN Facebook OG. If you have either of these, maybe try deactivating them and see if you can see the products again.

In reply to: Edit out live link from old forum postYes, I saw that, I was referring to the part where you mentioned that deleting the post would remove added value. I don’t feel any value would be removed by simply changing the hyperlink to text only. I was pretty new to the forum at the time of the post and would not post anything again that I would not wish to be permanent. It did not occur to me at the time that search results would pull up the post and affect my client’s business. I would appreciate a tiny bit of leniency here as I exclusively use and recommend WordPress to every client I work with. Again, I am not asking to alter the content or accessibility of the information in the post, merely to change the hyperlink to text. Please make an exception as an unhappy client will affect my reputation.

In reply to: Edit out live link from old forum postI understand that, thank you for your response. I am not looking to remove the post at all, I just want to deactivate the link within the post that goes to my client’s site. This would not change the content of the post; I don’t mind if it still appears as text. Please advise.

In reply to: [Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] http upload errorI am having the same issue. No problems with existing images/galleries but I am unable to upload any new images. I have tried on a Mac and a PC, different browsers, with/without Flash upload enabled – no luck. Very frustrating!

In reply to: PLEASE HELP – Thumbnails broken on home page – jQuery conflict?Thank you mariogalacho, that worked for me! I had to roll back to 3.0, reinstall my original plugins, and then do the updates to 3.1.3 and update the plugins and all is now working. Also deleted all image files and previous posts and re-uploaded/recreated. FORTUNATELY this is a newer site so there was not a massive amount of content yet. Appreciate the help!

In reply to: PLEASE HELP – Thumbnails broken on home page – jQuery conflict?Gah, just tried a manual plugin reset and now most of my upload folders appear to be empty. I can see everything cached in the .hcc.thumbs folder created by GoDaddy but that’s it ?? What would cause my files to get erased?

In reply to: PLEASE HELP – Thumbnails broken on home page – jQuery conflict?Forgot to mention, while troubleshooting I saw that changing the cache folder permissions to 777 might help – there was no cache folder anywhere so I created one at root level and gave it 777.
Before breaking, the thumbnails on the home page had a mouseover effect (see https://demo.graphpaperpress.com/fullscreen/), which is why I suspect a jQuery problem. Even if I can’t get that working again, I cannot get any image at all to appear on the home page so any workaround would do.
Once again, any help at all would be great.

In reply to: [Plugin: Wassup] Fatal error in conjunction with NextGEN galleryGreat, thank you. Any idea when that release is due? I rely on both plugins daily and hate to have my page viewers keep seeing errors.
Cool thanks, I will look into it! I did finally get this response as well:
