In reply to: [MailPoet Newsletters (Previous)] images not displayed in emailDo the individual image files also need to be reset to 775? They were 644. I reset the first two above to see if it makes a difference…

In reply to: [MailPoet Newsletters (Previous)] images not displayed in emailThank you Maury. The permissions on the images folder (https://www.craniosedona.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/06/ and https://www.craniosedona.com/wp-content/uploads/wysija/bookmarks/) were already set to 0775. I set everything I could find to 775 in order to get this plugin working, even though I a not sure that’s a good idea long run in terms of security. Is 775 not the correct permissions?

In reply to: [MailPoet Newsletters (Previous)] images not displayed in emailHi, thanks for the reply. Is this what you mean by image paths?

I have moved some of the images around a bit, trying to get them to work. It didn’t help at all…
Thank you, Joy

In reply to: [MailPoet Newsletters (Previous)] images not displayed in emailI have changed the entire wysija folder permissions to 775, uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin. Still no images or social media icons. Someone, please give us a clue. I could easily become a premium subscriber in the future, if this works as promised.

In reply to: [MailPoet Newsletters (Previous)] images not displayed in emailThe images show up fine in the Mailpoet “second step” compose page, and also when viewing the newsletter in my browser, but nothing (image, divider, social media) shows up in the actual test email. I followed the directions to change the permission for the themes folder to 0775, uninstalled and reinstalled mailpoet, and still the exact same problem. This is my first experience with the software and I will be moving on soon. Too bad, it looks promising…
