good question. my guess is that mod_pagespeed is a better choice between the two, given that it is compiled code. So, if you can install the mod, do it. I bet that W3 total cache’s performance boost, when running in addition to the mod, will be negligible (if any)…

It turns out that gravity IS GPL licensed. The question then is about a contact form plugin that is NOT distributed for a FEE.

lots of unresolved inquiries (1, 2, 3, 4) regarding contact forms 7‘s capacity to handle conditional form fields, leading to believe it is not possible with that plugin either. someone even developed a fork that did it, but it has been abandoned.
