    The numerous times I have resorted to the BC tech support each time accept for ONCE I found the techs were perhaps under-trained. Out of those occasions, the one time I did get some real answers and support, the Tech was worth double his wage.

    Although still in its infancy, this plugin is long overdue, I hope that in time the community grows and brings with it more development and other users offering support to fellow users. Until that happens I think no skill novice non developers like myself will steer away from it due to “the last line of support”, that being BC techs, are better equipped to deal with the likes of me…

    I finally have everything (well, almost everything) working like clockwork on my headless e commerce. The security and “ease of use” that BC offer with the design flexibility of Word Press is a home run for me. How do we go about growing the community and that community support?

    I have found a work around, edit (In simple editor) to remove the short code and replace with text referring to wholesale application. I know its a rough work-around but for the time being will work in order to get the website launched
