section of your site. Once there, click on theGet system report

When you switched the site language, did you also make sure to clear your site and browser cache?
If not, could you please try that, and check again?

@joseeantonior I asked @amauryt and @maracaipe to open their own threads as while the symptoms may be the same the underlying root causes may be different. New threads also means that things are more organized and multiple threads helps highlight that these symptoms are impacting multiple sites.

@maracaipe I see that you’re currently on an older version of the theme you’re using. Can you please try updating then check again?
Additionally, as you have quite a few active plugins, can you please try deactivating everything except WooCommerce and Facebook for WooCommerce then checking again?

When you say you’re seeing a message about a product not being ready for Instagram shopping, can you please share a screenshot of where you’re seeing that message? you can use a service such as snipboard.io to share the screenshot here.
Since you mentioned some products are not showing the same error, can you link to a product with this issue and a product that doesn’t seem to be affected so that we can take a look?

Can you please try adding a specific image for Facebook in the Facebook tab in the product editor inside WooCommerce then try manually syncing again?
You can try a manual sync by going to Marketing > Facebook > Product Sync.
Could you please link to your Facebook Page so that we can take a look at your products as they appear there I tried using the link in the footer of your site, but it was not correct.

Thanks for providing your logs.
They look fine,I see that shipping info appears to be included there, however you are on a version of WooCommerce that is so old it is outside the scope of our support.

If you’re concerned about compatibility issues I recommend creating a staging site and updating everything there before doing so on your live site.

to confirm this is being caused by your change to the add to cart behaviour, can you please temporarily disable the redirection, and see if the duplicate event goes away?

Have you tried changing this setting from the dropdown option in the product editor screen? You should be able to change it to Sync and Show.

There’s not a way to disable the messenger option for guests at this time. You may wish to consider looking at the dedicated Messenger plugin here instead, as that will allow you to disable guest chats: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/facebook-messenger-customer-chat/

If that doesn’t help, please try a conflict test, deactivate all other plugins except for Facebook for WooCommerce and WooCommerce itself then try a new sync.

Thanks for getting back to me! I see you’ve got quite a few plugins installed that are out of date, including WooCommerce itself.
Can you please try updating all of your plugins to the latest available versions then checking again?
