In reply to: [WooCommerce Square] Items with variable pricing cannot be imported.I went through this in the beginning of figuring out this plugin. The bottom line is, the plugin does not support more than 1 variation type. So, what you will have to do is have a separate listing for each color shirt, and use the size as the variation you want to sync. It’s a pain, but as of now, that’s the limitation of the sync for this plugin. I ended up adding a separate entry in my Square system for each color of shirt I carry. Don’t forget to assign a unique SKU for each size variation as well so it all syncs over.

In reply to: [Mailchimp for WooCommerce] Random script errors causing site problemsHi Ryan,
I know it seems unrelated, but I literally spent time and went through turning off all plugins, and turning them back on one by one, and this plugin was the only one to generate the error when turned on. Maybe when on it causes something else to blow, that I am not sure – but I could replicate, and since having the plugin off I have no longer encountered the errors I was experiencing.
Site: https://www.shiningsol.com
I tested this in Chrome, Firefox and Edge. All replicated.
I tested logged in as admin and not as admin.
I did not try as a private session but customers were the ones experiencing it (without knowing) because I lost some $ on orders where when the error happened, they could order a large size variation but it only charged them for the smaller size variation. It’s been a little over a week now with no errors, and plugin off. I would be happy to turn it on for testing purposes to show you in real time the error happening – if you wanted to email to coordinate: [email protected]

In reply to: CSS style sheet not updatingWell, of course, it was user error ??
I had a missing “/” on a commented out section, and it was blowing up my CSS.
Check for any typos or missing brackets on yours etc.

In reply to: CSS style sheet not updatingI am actually experiencing this as well.
I am working local off my machine, and had been doing so just fine. All of a sudden, this morning, I am trying to add edits to my stylesheet, and they aren’t taking effect even though the file is correctly being saved.
I think it is something to do with WordPress and the rewrite. Also, if I look in Firebug I see my stylesheet is loaded with: style.css?ver=4.1.1 – not sure the difference with that and just the regular style.css.
Will update if I figure mine out…
I take that back, some are working, and some are not. Very, very strange…
EDIT: You know what, it may be an issue with Firefox crapping out on me right now. Chrome works fine while FF does not. Apologies for bugging you!
Ok I will have to watch it, as for now, without me doing anything, it’s working again haha. Devilry at work! ??

In reply to: [Amazon Product in a Post Plugin] Product Does not DisplayThanks sbbn – I also used the Access Key I first saw (and old one) and then the new secret key.
Seeing this I double checked, and sure enough.. Thanks!
For what it’s worth – I ended up having to backtrack and install an older version – and I’ve been stuck there since.

In reply to: Oops! Google Chrome could not connect toI found out that the problem on Dreamhost, was that mod_security was not playing nice with the WordPress install. Whenever I tried to do something, mod_security would kick in and block my IP for 30 minutes.
I had to edit the domain, and turn off “enhanced security” for now. I need to look up rules and add exceptions for WordPress to my .htaccess from here.
Hope that helps.

In reply to: Oops! Google Chrome could not connect toOk so I am not crazy.
I am on Dreamhost and am experiencing the same exact issue. I can get into the admin, then, if I try to edit ANYthing – the site simply returns a “Oops! Google Chrome could not connect to…” – not a 404, not a 500 error, it simply acts as if the site does not exist.
Host says all is well on their end, and even, they can see the site fine when this happens.
I can clear cookies and flush DNS and still can’t see the site, no matter which browser I use, but I can see it via proxy.
Something very wacky is going on with this, and I’ve been working on sites for a very long time. This one has me completely baffled.
Help?
I should also add that, this is happening to my cp-webmaster who is in Norway as well. I’m in Virginia.
I am experiencing this same issue, both with 2.0.40 and the previous version. The site sits for a while then has a internal server error (500). When I disable the NextGen plugin, all is well. I went through my plugins one by one and this is the one that is causing the 500 error.
I am having the same issues as well. The site was unusable and stalling out (error 500) – I disabled everything trying to track it down and everything points to the NextGen Gallery plugin (2.0.40 and previous version). When I keep that disabled the site runs fine. When I re-enable it the site dies off.
FYI – I downloaded the free version straight from the website and it works again.
Same situation – upgraded before seeing this and nothing shows now. Best path to “fix” ?
