Ok it seems all the links/shortcodes have a ?_=8, ?_=9 and then the problem ones look like .mp30, .mp31, .mp32 etc. There is no ?_= in those. What could be causing this?

Well that’s strange. This is what we have in our page

The hosting company was finally able to raise the memory on the pool of accounts on the server and that fixed it but it is still a bit slow. Will you be able to keep updating the plugin or should we be looking for an alternative? Thanks

Also having this problem. I can go to Settings and generators but can view Licenses

Sorry for not responding. I didn’t get the message for some reason. With 1.2.2, the product code just disappears from the product page in admin so when an order is placed, the product code does not show. Is this fixed now?

Same here. When I update the plugin, the product code does not upload to the ERP and does not show on invoices. Put plugin back to old version and it works again. Old version is 1.1.0 and new version we are trying to update to is 1.2.2.

Still having this problem and cannot seem to figure it out. PHP version is 5.5, we are using Avada theme which is usually compatible with anything as far as I know, permissions are all good. When you click to view the entry, to the right is a Move to Trash link which used to work fine. Since upgrading to Version 2.8.8 it no longer works. The only way to send an entry to trash is checking the box and clicking Move to Trash in the drop down.

I know this is kind of silly thing to worry about but the client wants to be able to move to trash while he is looking at an entry. Thanks for any help you can offer.

Thanks for this. However, it allows me to drag and drop them but when you look on the page, they don’t change order that you drag them. Also, in the back-end, when looking at the gallery and/or images, the thumbnails do not show so it is a guessing game at which image is what unless you have captions. I added the custom css file to try and fix the issues with the bullets based on a forum thread I read. It wasn’t working before I added the custom css.
