Hi the problem still exists and Crazy Domains are saying the following:
Wordfence Central is a 3d party resource for us, so we can not whitelist the IP addresses.
We highly recommend if you can contact again Wordfence Central admins. They should be able to contact with Bitninja support to sort the issue with IP address blocking.Can you please advise if you can rectify this issue?

Actually all working now. Not sure if you fixed but at this stage I have all my websites working in WF Central. Cheers

Hi Peter, sorry for slow response, been on holidays.
So I think what you’re saying above is disqualified instantly with my own business website. I am using the username/email as the one signed into Wordfence Central and still fails.
I will email you some details with a temp login.

I researched just how to see if REST API was enabled or not and there isn’t much out there. I have turned off plugins and retried to connect, with no luck. I don’t what else to do? Funny they all were connected about 10 days ago and then they more than 50% of them had connection issues. I had made no changes to some of these sites.
Shame I was about to go premium but if I can only get 5 out 16 sites I manage I really cannot justify the spending.
If you would like to be more specific on how to actually turn on/off this REST API and give me some more direction on what to do then maybe I can consider the purchase. I am sure I am not alone here with these issues.

Thanks for the reply. I have tried everything suggested below and in link to no avail. I have many sites and at this stage I can only connect 6 out of 15. They were all connected at one stage and then they all went to connection issues.
I have given you temp access to my own site ato see if you can see the problem. Just wondering how I privately give you access link??
For some history, this has happened before and the remedy was deactivate your plugin and reconnect site on dashboard, that doesn’t work anymore. If we can get this working and stable then I would consider paying for the premium version.

I too have a problem with many sites not been able to connect to wordfence central. Some do and some don’t. I have sent you an email with diagnostic report. This is from my own website. for some history I have tried pasting this: WFAD.ajax(‘wordfence_wfcentral_disconnect’, {}, function() {}); into browser console, turning pluygin in on and off and many other things. Nothing works on 50% of my sites. Thanks
