I tested the submit in your website, on:
Knews > Config > Advanced > Submit method
I tested the SMTP connection and it fails:
CLIENT -> SMTP: EHLO https://www.sylvieadams.com CLIENT -> SMTP: STARTTLS CLIENT -> SMTP: EHLO https://www.xxxxxxxxx.com CLIENT -> SMTP: AUTH LOGIN CLIENT -> SMTP: XXXXXXXXX= CLIENT -> SMTP: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX SMTP -> ERROR: Password command failed: 535 Incorrect authentication data CLIENT -> SMTP: QUIT SMTP connect() failed.
Submit error.
Please, check the SMTP config

In reply to: [Knews Multilingual Newsletters] Choose which mailing list when subscribingYou should go to Knews > Mailing lists, and check if more than one are opened for everyone (logged and unlogged users). If you’re on multilingual site, you should check also what are opened for every lang.
This is how knews form works:
If at least one mailing list are opened for this kind of user (it takes a look at lang and logged) shows the form.
If more than one mailing list are opened, it shows a combobox on it.

About reset stats: it’s for start on production webserver after initial development. It clear all stats info.
About stats: what’s the permisions of the folder /tmp in your webserver (you can see it through the FTP client)
