Solved. Simply update Knews.

About copy & paste: maybe some blank space at the start or end of some value? We will add a space clean in next releases…

About submit: there is two buttons in the submit page: first for schedule submit, and 2nd for manual newsletter. Seems you’re pressing the manual newsletter send without introduce an email into de field… We should check also…

Knews extract automatically the text from newsletter and send as alternative version automatically inside the email. You can’t create, manage and send text emails.

I assume your issue is inside Knews > Config > Advanced > Submit method tab, in the results of the “test SMTP” button press. I’m right?

Maybe your mailserver expects SMTP Secure value TLS / SSL…

You should get all the configuration info from your mailserver provider…

Yes. Should have some CSS skills… go to Widget administration, open the Knews subscription widget on sidebar and you’ll found a CSS link with a popup where you can add your own CSS…

Hello. Seems there is a bug on 1.6.6 only on webservers who can’t enlarge the maximum script execution time. Please, try this patched version, next submit should be fine:

Go to: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/knews/developers/ and download under “Other versions” the “Develop version link”.

Unzip and upload with FTP over the Knews plugin in /wp-content/plugins

Samuel: if you drag into the newsletter a module before save, the issue don’t occurs… however we will solve in the next release…

@ehquionest: I found the bug!!! If you create a newsletter, and save it without insert before any module (empty), then you can add modules anymore!!!

It’s a bug on Knews, and we will fix in the next renease… for now, can you confirm, if you insert a module before save, you can edit the newsletter normally?

The WP_DEBUG should print PHP errors in the main browser window, not in the JS console… appears some PHP message?

@lorenbm and @ehquionest: please, activate the WP_DEBUG, go to editor and tell me if it appears some message, I’m not seer…
