I’m using the twenty-twenty-two theme.

My <header> is even with UTF-8 and the database with utf8mb4_unicode_520_ci

In the plugin I’m loading the Carousel component, and only in the plugin the characters error happens, in the other parts of the site the graphic accents are rendered normally on the front-end
