In reply to: [WooCommerce] Procentual discount on placed orderHi @xue28 Thanks again for your reply.
I think I have not been clear what my problem exactly is.
I already refunded 50% of the pay-in amount back to the buyer using Mangopay’s dashboard. So yes, this went outside of Woocommerce.
My problem is/was that I found it not quite easy to reflect the 50% discount on the order itself.
I ended up needing to manually calculate all the prices (including the VAT).
I cant imagine this is the easiest way of editing the order so everything is correct.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [WooCommerce] Procentual discount on placed orderHi @xue28
We use Mangopay as payment gateway, but all refunds must happen manually.
In the end I was able to do a discount without taking items back.
I did this in the following way:https://snipboard.io/IFVZMt.jpg
The thing here is, I needed to calculate all prices ( including the VAT over the new prices) manually.
Is there an easier way of doing this in the future?

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Connecting webshopsHi @xue28
Not to be rude, but this information is in the first sentence of the OP
“At this moment, we are using Woocommerce together with WC Vendors to create a multi vendor marketplace.”

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Connecting webshopsHi @babylon1999
Thank you for your answer.
I dont think these would work since we have a multi vendor set up.
These are more like solutions one would use when having 2 seperate webshops, one on woo and one on another ecommerce solution.Or am I missing something?

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Importing variable products not workingI was able to get it to work!
As it turns out, I hat letters in my ID that didnt work.
I though I changed all ID’s yesterday to numerical values and tried it again, but then it failed. So I guess I made a mistake somewhere yesterday.Anyway, it is solved now!
Thanks for your help.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Importing variable products not workingHi @ihereira
Well I compared it to several other product CSV that I had uploaded previously without any issues.
All the data seems to be in the right place.I have tried setting the stock quantity for the variants, this did not work.
What also might be worth mentioning, is that I think that normaly if I add a variable product, the import will state that it created (for example) 7 new products.
This consists out of 1 parent and 6 variants, thus 7.But what is happening now for me, is that it will say it created 1 product and updated 6.
I am 100% confident I dont have any duplicate ID’s causing this issue.
The import log, where can I find this?
I use the built it woocommerce import function and I only get a log when there were any fails to import. Thanks!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Issues with importThank you @maykato
Do I just need to set the Variations to “1” or also the parent product?
I ask this because when we import, I do not want the products to be visible to the shop visitors straight away. This is why I set them as “0” ( both parent and variations). So, should I set parent to “0”and variations to “1”?
Will this solve the issue I am having? For the Stock, I added a post just a few minutes before you replied stating we have solved this.
It was caused by a wrong setting in our “main” shop stock settings. Thanks!

In reply to: [MANGOPAY for WooCommerce] Partial refund@fredericdelordm @jasperpeeters
I just received this answer from WC Vendors:
Hi Dennis,
As from our lead-developer/founder, they found out that there was a bug related to the partial refund functionality. They were able to fix this and would be patched in the next update. Should you need a hotfix for this, please let me know so I could ask our developers if we can provide one for you. Have a nice day ahead!

In reply to: [MANGOPAY for WooCommerce] Partial refundDisregard it, it can see there was still a failed transfer due to insufficient balance…
I will contact WC Vendors again..The order was succesful, and so was the refund (also in Mangopay).
Even with the commission for the returned item set to ‘Reversed’, it still tried to transfer the commission in Mangopay. Can you maybe help me understand how Mangopay handles the commission?
Is the commission amount ‘set/allocted’ at pay-in?
Or is the commission amount set/allocated when an order is completed?- This reply was modified 3 years, 2 months ago by crindel.
