To modify the height of the Hero secttion you will have to go to out Customizer > Hero > Front Page Hero / Inner Page Hero, and make sure the ‘Full Height Background’ option is disabled. After doing so you will be able to decrease the height of the Hero by decreasing the Top and Bottom values in the Content Options > Content Spacing section of the side panel.

– ?disable all your plugins except Mesmerize Companion by going to your WP Admin > Plugins > All Plugins
?- clear your Cache memory
?- make sure our plugin and theme are up to date

If performing them doesn’t fix the problem be sure to reply to this thread to let me know, and also provide me with a link to your website.

In your reply please also include the version of the theme that you are using. You can check it by going to Appearance > Themes > Hover our theme and click on Theme Details. The version that you are using will be in the top right of the popup window that will have opened.

The issue you are confronting with is due to aThe issue appears to stem from the fact that the pro version of our theme was installed incorrectly. To resolve the issue please rename the folder called mesmerize-pro-4 to mesmerize-pro . The folder can be located in wp-content/themes directory on your website. To properly rename the folder, we recommend to perform this operation via FTP.

As the www.ads-software.com policy prohibits support for PRO versions on their forum, and due to the issue that we are having with the emails sent from [email protected], if you need extra help with renaming the theme folder, please try to contact me on email directly at: [email protected]

We’ve identified that the compatibility issues you faced were due to using both our builder and Elementor simultaneously. As a rule of thumb it is recommended to not use more than one builder per page as it can break the page’s structure. Generally, website builders don’t make backups of your designs, which is why we recommend using the UpdraftPlus plugin to safeguard your work.

I understand that you’re experiencing some issues with the HTML structure of your blog post templade due to recent modifications. No worries, I’ve got a solution for you.

We’ll have to reset your blog post template, and there’s a plugin that makes this job easier. You can download it using the link provided below:

Once you’ve installed and activated the plugin, navigate to your WP Admin > Appearance > Colibri Regenerate Partials. Here, select ‘Post’ from the dropdown menu and click on ‘Regenerate’. During this process, make sure to keep the page open and refrain from making any changes to your website until the loading screen disappears.
