We would greatly appreciate it if you could provide us with more details regarding the issues you faced while using the editor.

    Can you please tell us the limitations you encountered? In the free version of Kubio, we offer over 50 highly customizable blocks, ranging from essential elements like columns, headings, and paragraphs to more advanced features such as tabs, accordions, and galleries. Additionally, we provide numerous pre-designed sections, pages, and even complete websites. Furthermore, our editor is built on the new WordPress block editor, allowing seamless integration with other plugins that register blocks, making them accessible within the Kubio Editor as well.

    We try to offer as many features as we can in the free version, but you have to keep in mind that the free version is designed for building basic websites that don’t need much customization. For more complex websites, we offer full customization power in the PRO version. There is an entire team working on Kubio and the PRO upgrades ensure that we’ll still be around for the years to come to maintain and improve the plugin.

    This is the expected behavior as Kubio is not intended to be used to edit the contents of your blog posts, as any changes you make to a single blog post will be applied to the blog post template, and thus the changes will be replicated across all blog posts of your website. For editing the contents of your blog posts we would kindly ask you to use the default WordPress editor.

    I apologize, however this issue does not stem from our product, but rather from the parallax effect not working on iPhone devices. To be able to see the images on mobile devices including iPhones you will have to disable the parallax effect. Below you will also find articles providing more details on the matter at hand:

    Thank you for reaching out to us with your concern.

    From what we’ve seen on your website it appears you have removed the Content block ( which is responsible for rendering the content of a page ). To fix this issue you can go in your WP Admin > Appearance > Templates > Page > Edit with Kubio. once there you will be able to re-add the content block above the image, and then remove the image and the content present below it. Below you will also find a video demonstrating how to follow the steps:

    Firstly we would like to thank you for your interest in our product.

    We understand it may not be convenient to have certain features that are only available in the pro version of a product. With this in mind we made sure that a number of components and features are free with our product to make sure our users can create great websites without necessarily having to purchase a subscription.

    That being said, there is an entire team backing Colibri, and thus we had to also have features that would only be available for paid users of our service to be able to support our team and their work.

    We want to offer our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience created by the doubled billing. We have just refunded one of them.

    As PHP 8.1 was recently released, we are still investigating the issues that can appear when upgrading from PHP 7 to 8.1. We will try to release an update to fix those incompatibilities as soon as possible. In the meantime, we recommend using PHP 7.4 as it is still supported.

    Please let us know if you received the refund. Also, I would like to assure you that we do our best to answer all the support tickets as soon as possible, and solve the issues in less than one business day.

    This issue is generally caused by a website’s plugins Could you perform the following steps for me and let me know if they resolve the issue, please:
    – disable all your plugins except Kubio/Kubio PRO in your WP Admin > Plugins
    – clear your Cache memory.
    – make sure our plugin is up to date

    Once you’ve performed the steps above please try again and let me know if this resolved the issue. If it doesn’t fix the problem I would kindly ask you to provide us with a link to your website for us to be able to further assist.
