Firstly, I want to apologize for the issues you’ve experienced with the PRO version of our theme.
According to WordPress forums, we can not provide support for the PRO version of our products here, however we are glad to help you with the page creation issues via our ticketing system, as we saw that you opened some tickets there.
About the theme switch you’ve mentioned via email, when you upgrade from the free version to PRO, it’s normal for the theme to get switched, as only one theme can be active at a specific time. When the PRO version of the theme is activated, the changes made in Customizer prior to upgrade should still remain active. If that’s not the case we can look into that as well.

First of all I would like to thank you for reaching out to us with your query.
I apologize, however displaying a background video on mobile devices is not possible because, as stated in our product, mobile devices block background videos from playing on websites to limit data usage. For mobile devices you have the option to set an image a Video Poster in your Customizer and the image will be displayed only on mobile devices because there is no workaround to this limitation imposed by mobile devices.

You can try deleting the
colibri-page-builder
folder from the../wp-content/plugins/
path, or you can ask your web host to do it for you. You should regain access to your WP Admin Panel.Please try to deactivate all your plugins, then reinstall/activate the Colibri Page Builder plugin. If the issue doesn’t show up again, you’ll know a different plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
Be sure to let us know what the results are.

1. We would kindly ask you to add the code snippet below in your functions.php:

Below you will also find a video demonstrating how to add the code snippet in:

2. You should be able to edit text that was added using the Classic Editor in Kubio, however if you save any changes on a page using Kubio we would kindly ask you not to use the Classic Editor on the page in question moving forward, as doing so will break the page’s structure.

Thank you for reaching out to us with your issue.
If you can still access your WP admin panel, then you can ignore that error. If you can’t, you will have to follow the steps below to regain access:
Highly important, please create a full website backup (files & database) before trying the following.
1. Go to
C:\xampp\htdocs\wordpress\wp-content\plugins\
folder.
2. Rename thecolibri-page-builder
folder tocolibri-page-builder-2
. This will disable the plugin and you should now be able to access the WP admin panel. Please keep the plugin deactivated, activating it will cause the error to appear again.
4. Go toC:\xampp\htdocs\wordpress\wp-content\uploads\
folder.
5. Rename thecolibri
folder tocolibri-2
.
6. Repeat point 2, but renamecolibri-page-builder-2
tocolibri-page-builder
. After that, activate the Colibri Page Builder plugin. This should regenerate thecolibri
folder mentioned at points 4 & 5.Be sure to let us know if performing the steps above resolved the issue for you.

Thank you for setting the video to unlisted for us.
We have checked the video, and the issue stems from the fact that you are trying to use Kubio to edit your blog post content ( as seen in https://youtu.be/-Qfkx1VeGow?t=177 ). When you are inside Kubio and you open a post, you are actually editing the post ( Single ) template, not the content, which means that the modifications will be applied across all blog posts of your website. As you can see in the video, the block before the paragraph with the “one two three […]” text is actually the post content block, that will displays a preview of the current post content ( or a placeholder in case the content is empty ) to give you an idea on how page will look.The panel shown here: https://youtu.be/-Qfkx1VeGow?t=209 displays what entities were modified in the current session ( such as template, header, footer, sidebar, or page content ), and allows you to save specific entities. The post content will not be displayed in those, because in editor is displayed just a preview.
The content posts should be created and edited from inside the WordPress default editor ( WP Admin -> Posts – https://youtu.be/-Qfkx1VeGow?t=141 ). Here you have all the blocks provided by Kubio, but isolated from the template so you can safely make changes without worrying about what is part of the template and what is part of the post content.

Based on your description of the issue you may have removed the Post Content block from the template, and directly added your content in its place.
With Kubio you can and should only edit the styling of your website’s blog posts as any modifications you make to a single post will be replicated across all posts of your website. This is because when you are editing a post in our builder you are actually editing the single post template, rather than a standalone blog post. We would kindly ask you to edit your blog posts’ content using the default editor from your WP Admin > Posts.
