_edit_lock should not be put as custom field and works well.

I have several posts in Testimonials working with POST AUTO SCHEDULER. These post I upload from a csv and works well. These post have 2 categories but not active, only works if active that manually. How I can activate this categories (testimonialcats) in my csv file and that work?
