It might be an issue caused by a plugin or your theme.
I recommend installing this plugin: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/health-check/
After you install and activate the above plugin it has a Troubleshooting mode that allows you to have a vanilla WordPress session, where all plugins are disabled, and a default theme is used, but only for your user – your visitors will still see the normal website.
Go to its troubleshooting mode and only activate Photoblock and see if it works correctly with a default WordPress theme (Twenty Twenty-One for example) and no other plugins.
Also, can you tell us the version of the plugin you are using?

Thank you for your message. We would like to ask if you have uploaded the template into the child theme folder and if you have updated the settings for the Default Template in Downloads > Settings > General > General Settings.
Download Monitor’s templates can be overridden from your theme by copying them to yourtheme/download-monitor/, or you can add your own new ones to the same folder. They are then referenced in the shortcodes.
