Hello @marielaquintero,
I’ve tested the latest version of our plugin (5.0.21) with Elementor and haven’t encountered any issues. Could you please send me a list of the plugins and theme you’re using so we can test further?
Thank you for your cooperation!
Best regards,
Cristina
Thanks a lot for your kind words! We appreciate it!

In reply to: [Download Monitor] Filter Downloads List Widget by TagHello @hagentertainment,
Thank you for your message! Regarding what you’d like to achieve, this can be done with the Page Addon extension. Using this plugin, you can add a [download_page] shortcode to your site to list downloads, categories, tags, and display info pages about each of your resources.
For more detailed information about using this addon, you can refer to this article: Page Addon Documentation.
If you have any further questions or need assistance, feel free to contact us through the contact form, as per our guidelines, we cannot provide support on the forums.

As much as I would love to help you ASAP, your question is specific to a premium plugin and we are not allowed to offer support on these forums for our premium version, as you can see in the guidelines here: https://www.ads-software.com/support/guidelines/#do-not-post-about-commercial-products
Please send us an email using this form here and we will reply ASAP.

Hello,
My colleague and I have tested the reported issue, but we were unable to replicate it on our end. I recommend trying to save the gallery, and if you’re using a cache plugin, please clear the cache both on the website and the browser. These steps might help resolve the issue.
Please let us know how it goes!
Best regards,
Cristina

Thank you for bringing this to our attention!
We’ve reviewed the code in the latest version, and it should work as expected. Please update to the most recent version (2.5.10), and don’t hesitate to let us know if you encounter any issues afterward.
Warm regards,
Cristina

In reply to: [Download Monitor] .htaccess | Access not allowedHello?@kay269,
Please check if you have set the redirect to file download option for your downloads. If it has always worked this way without issues, it means that previously you didn’t have the .htaccess file in that folder or the restrictions weren’t properly configured.
If this approach works for you, you can either delete the .htaccess file or just remove the code inside it, depending on your preference.Warmly,
Cristina

In reply to: [Download Monitor] .htaccess | Access not allowedHello?@kay269,
If the .htaccess file is deleted, the contents of the dlm_uploads folder won’t be protected anymore. This code effectively blocks access to the contents of the folder, ensuring that only authorized requests are permitted. If you have any other questions or need further assistance, feel free to reach out!
Warmly,
Cristina
