I try delete all translate files in /public_html/wp-content/languages/plugins and /public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/i18n/languages (except woocommerce-admin.pot and woocommerce.pot)

I create a new translation with Loco Translate but says the same mistake (https://i.imgur.com/aSOprtv.png) and viewing folders on FTP has not created any new file.

Then you see the main video box but in black (to give play, warning “has failed, try again later”)
After that, no thumbnails of the other videos look. And only seen “1 of 0 1 of 0”.

What can be wrong?
