Okay, it actually is a multiple browser issue. 0 kb are downloaded. The client is using WPEngine as the host (multisite and not sure why) and the theme is Divi.

The plugin plays the audio on the website. It’s just the download issue.

I saw a previous post (‘https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/podcasts-will-not-play-or-download-using-latest-version?replies=21’) about the Divi theme. It’s not a Divi theme issue because it works in all of the other browsers just not Firefox.

Okay, I have narrowed the issue to Firefox. There’s no download issue with IE, Safari, Chrome or Opera.

I really do need to know if this plugin works with multisite otherwise I am going to have to tell the person that selected this plugin that it doesn’t work.

I am having the exact same problem. Any fix or suggestion? Or do I need to find a different modal plugin?

I even cre4ated a new modal thinking that perhaps the original one somehow became corrupted.

I’ve had to switch to temporarily using an actual Page with the form on it.

I finally got it to work. This is the css that needs to be added to the custom css (ngg_styles/nggalery.css)

It’s definitely WooCommerce. Once we deactivated the plugin the issue disappeared. We’ve moved the site into production without WooCommerce.

Forgot to add that I am also having problem with 4-The Hong Hing Waterfront Store except it displays the “Shop” page, the url is correct in the url.

The Kimili plugin generated the short code based on the individual page/post Flash embed.

Actually the alternative content does display on an iPhone.

That gallery has nothing to do with Kimli Flash Embed.

Which plugin do you recommend?
