In reply to: [Interactive Image Map Plugin - Draw Attention] Broken links – missing filesThanks for pointing this out @rems95! We don’t use those images, but it’s possible that they’re still getting referenced. We’re going to take a look at this. We’ll likely get the fix included in our January release
Best,
NathanHi there, to allow same-day appointments please
1. Edit your appointment type
2. go toScheduling Options
section
3. setNotice Required
to0 minutes
. This will allow your visitors to book an appointment even if it starts only 5 minutes from now. (it currently appears to be set to 1 day, so if it were 1pm now, the first available appointment is 1pm tomorrow)If this does not fix it for you, please email us [email protected] and we will set up a time to meet with you so we can help you get this fixed
Thanks,
NathanHi @wpallweb I just replied to our email thread since the code is specific for your site. This is a temporary workaround that will get your live site up and running while we work on the better/permanent fix ??
Thanks,
NathanHi @wpallweb thanks for getting back in touch. We’re aiming to address this popup issue in an update. I’ll follow up on your support ticket today
Thanks,
NathanHi @webressort, it appears that error shows up if you’re logged out of your Google account. I’m going to look and see if there’s anything we can change to, but if you’re logged in to your Google account in your browser (most browsers keep you logged in and I find it quite hard to actually log out of my Google account sometimes!) then it will take you to the interface to add it straight to your calendar.
In one of our upcoming releases, we’ll also be adding the option for the admin to automatically invite the customer to a joint calendar event (so it would show up on their calendar automatically without having to manually add it)
Please let us know if you have any other questions
Thanks,
NathanHi @robnicholson we’ll look into the configuration on the server that controls what shows up for compatibility. We have tested extensively with WP 5.5.3 and there are no known issues.
Some users when upgrading to WP 5.5 had other plugins that broke due to JavaScript changes in WP 5.5. Any error in JavaScript also breaks our plugin, but our plugin will work if those conflicting plugins are disabled or often just by installing https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/
Please let us know if you have any other questions

In reply to: [Interactive Image Map Plugin - Draw Attention] PHP-NoticeHi @alexanderkissel, I believe this issue should be fixed now if you upgrade to our release from earlier today: Draw Attention v1.9.6 ??
Please let us know if you run into any other issues!
Thanks,
NathanAlso, for your TwentyTwenty theme, are you running v1.5? In the theme’s style.css, what’s the value listed for

?Thanks for getting in touch @jamieps. I’ve not seen that issue before and am not seeing it on my local. I’m curious what’s going on here, can you share the URL path (you can cut off the beginning site.com part for security) of your browser when you see that message? For example, if you see site.com/wp-admin/something?abc=123, you can just post /wp-admin/something?abc=123 here in the forum.
Could you also share where this site is being hosted or any other server details?
You can always contact our pro support [email protected] and we’ll also help you take a closer look
Thanks,
NathanThank you @krislamo!
Great! If you have a spare minute, we’d love to have you review SSA on www.ads-software.com: https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/simply-schedule-appointments/reviews/#new-post
Talk to you soon,
NathanHi @krislamo we’ve just released SSA v1.4.0.6 which should fix this issue. We now add index.html to that
ics/
directory and have also randomized the hash on new bookings as well. Thanks again for getting in touch and taking the time to detail the problem and possible resolutions. This was an oversight and I’m glad we could get it added to the plugin ??
Hi there, sorry I’m just seeing this message. Can you share which hosting company/environment you have? You can also email those details if you prefer, to [email protected]
Thanks,
NathanHi @krislamo thank you for pointing this out. We’ll start with #3, and I’ll make sure that gets worked on this week
Thanks,
NathanHi @taisa1984 thanks for getting in touch. It sounds like your hosting company may actually be placing additional restrictions that prevents Plugin Detective from running. Can you please share which hosting company/environment this site is on so we can look into making it compatible?
Thanks,
Nathan
