In reply to: [MailPoet Newsletters (Previous)] PHP Error Message….I think I found the correct PHP here (search your file manager for it)
public_html/wp-content/plugins/wysija-newsletters/widgets/wysija_nl.php
although the format is different from the other plugin and Im afraid to totally mess something up if I try messing around with it since Im not that familiar with code.

In reply to: [MailPoet Newsletters (Previous)] PHP Error Message….Hi! I’m having the same problem.
I also had another plugin that was causing the same notice. Their support forum advised me to go to the widgets PHP file in my domains Cpanel and change one of the lines to the new format which they provided. Going off of that format I could probably fix this plugin as well, but Im having a hard time finding that mail poet PHP file. if anyone knows what exactly the file would be called so I can find it, I will try the new format and report back with the fix!
I use MailPoet almost every day! Hope we can get it fixed soon! right now I have it deactivated : (
Yay excellent news! My content boxes are very happy! : )
Hmm ahmadal that solution definitely is tempting, but Im afraid to mess with the themes files, as Im not that experienced and I caused a major problem the other day trying to find a workaround for this theme issue. Does anyone know how long it usually takes for WP to approve updates? If it will likely be within a day or two its probably worth just waiting, otherwise I think Ill try ahmadal’s solution

In reply to: [Theme: EvoLve] How to change content box descriptionI agree about the user friendliness. Apparently this is a bug in the theme :/ I came across this thread after posting this, so apparently it is a known issue:
Having the same issue, really don’t want to have to keep the content boxes disabled as they are an important part of the functionality of my site. Will we automatically see that there is an update for our theme in the dashboard, like we do for the WP updates? I am new to WP so I am unfamiliar with this.

In reply to: [Theme: EvoLve] How to change content box descriptionSorry my site is cross-terrain.com
Under my content box 1 description (the only box that I have enabled) it should read:
Become a part of our amazing team!
it does say this in the editing section so I know that its not that I just forgot to save and publish.
My button works fine, but in case this has something to do with it it is:
Thats exactly what I was looking for! Thanks so much! I knew I had come across this at some just couldn’t remember where!

In reply to: How to change featured image sizes easilyThanks for getting back to me so quickly!
Its a consistent size, just not the size I want. Its setting all of the photos to landscape view and cropping them a little, so even photos that were taken in landscape view are cut off a little. Im not very familiar with knowing what images sizes are or should be so I was hoping there would be an easy way, or plugin to just stop the theme from automatically altering the featured image.

In reply to: How to change featured image sizes easilyI don’t think thats what I want because they would still end up all being one size right? I want all the featured images to show up just the way they are in my media library, without being resized and cropped.

In reply to: Text formatting toolbars are missing in post editThanks! I found my wp-config.php in my control panel. I click it and it automatically downloads to my downloads folder. Do I just edit it from here and then re-upload it? also, what is the code exactly that I should be adding and where should I put it? Im not familiar with editing these files so I don’t want to screw anything up!
Thanks!

In reply to: Remove Sidebar from only certain pagesAha! Yes it is in theme options! I believe this is what I was looking for, although this changed the layout for all pages. I still want the sidebar on the posts/home page. Any ideas for that?
